Historic Bungalows & Vintage Homes. Tampa’s Traditional Neighborhoods. Homes for sale from the Heights to the Bay. Seminole Heights, Seminole Heghts, Tampa Bungalows,
2014 has started out as a crazy year and the Team is certainly experiencing some growing pains. With 15 pending and sold homes in 7 weeks it has been tough to keep up with all of the inquiries and request but our goal is to competently serve as many Buyers and Sellers as possible.
As a real estate agent and REALTOR® with Florida Executive Realty in Tampa, I appreciate our wonderful Tampa neighborhoods. If you are looking for a bungalow or vintage home or real estate in the Tampa Bay area I would welcome the opportunity to help you find not merely a house but the home you have been dreaming about in the neighborhood you desire. While my specialty is historic bungalows and vintage homes, I am more concerned with helping you find the home that is the right fit for your needs. From historic neighborhoods like Hyde Park, Old Seminole Heights, Riverside Heights, Tampa Heights, Ybor City and Old West Tampa to Palma Ceia, Carrollwood, and Forrest Hills, I believe Tampa Bay offers incredibly diverse housing choices. From historic Craftsman bungalows to the contemporary, I can show you homes that meet your needs and budget.
The housing market in 2013 has changed significantly--prices are up and inventory is down. Please check out the custom neighborhood search buttons to assist your home search. These search buttons access all the properties that are in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) whether you are looking for a bungalow or new home. These are located on the on the left side of the screen. Please check for updates as I continue to add more neighborhoods. You have the option to create your own custom search.
Thank you for visiting my website. Whether buying or selling a Tampa Bungalow, vintage home, or newer construction in one of the historic neigborhoods (or beyond), I hope to provide you with information, to earn your trust, and earn your business.
Where to start?
For many people buying or selling a home one of life's more stressful events. If you are a first time buyer it can seem overwhelming. Who is the right agent for you? What neighborhood? Home Inspections? 4-point inspections? Insurance? Choosing a lender. Move in ready? Some TLC? Needing renovation or repairs? My goal is to help you find the home that works for you without the stress.
So how do you choose a real estate agent when shopping for a home? A lot of people choose their agent by driving down the street and making random calls to agents with listings that caught their attention. Others go with the recommendation of the friend of a friend. Is that really the best way to choose someone to help you when making one of the most significant financial decisions?
Buying a home is usually the biggest purchase many of us make, it is important to choose that agent that will guide you through the home buying process. If you are a buyer, I will listen to what features are important to you in your future home and match your desires to what is available on the market. As a real estate sales associate and a REALTOR®, my customers come first. What does that mean? Please see the testimonials page to see what that has meant to previous customers who relied on me to either buy or sell their home.
At Florida Executive Realty and with Rick, the customer ALWAYS comes first. I take great pride in providing excellent service to my clients. After all, we are partners in this process.
