If you can't find the real estate agent's website or a link to their listings, how will they ever find your home?Newspaper ads don't cut it. If prospective buyers can't afford internet access...are they really able to afford your home? I am constantly searching for new venues to present my listings on the internet. Not only will your home be listed on my highly ranked website, but I will post it on multiple sites and keep those postings current. It is great to enter it on Multiple Listing Service (all Realtors do that)and Realtor.com. My listings are routinely listed on more than a dozen websites, including my secondary websites. I also utilize specialty sites, print media and open houses to give my listings maximum and unsurpassed exposure to buyers. When selling your home we will work together to achieve the fastest sale at a good price.
Single Agency or Transaction Agency representation. When listing your home, it is always recommended by Florida Executive Realty to list your home as a Single agent but it is your choice. This means I am representing you. The same applies when you are the buyer. If you are a buyer looking at Florida Executive Realty listing both buyer and seller will be working with me in a Transaction role. There are real estate offices and REALTORS® who have a preference toward non-representation listing forms and non representation buyer agreements. Always ask the real estate agent to show you what you are giving up in if you are asked to sign a non-representation agreement. If they won't, I will!

Over the past 17 years I have undertaken 5 "hands-on" home renovations. It has enabled me to develop a better than average working knowledge of home construction and the major systems. When shopping historic and vintage homes, that is beneficial to my buyers as it may help them make a more informed offer. For my sellers, it means potential issues might be caught and addressed before the decision to list. In no way does this replace a home inspection by a qualified home inspector.

As a home buyer, I will work with you as your buyer's agent. Seller's typically have the listing agent representing them in the sale of their home. It is just as important to be represented when buying a home. The advantage to buyer's is that when buying a home, the seller typically pays the commission or fee for my services.
When looking for a home in the Heights, I have an expertise about the neighborhoods in the Heights that is hard to for other REALTORS® and real estate sales associates serving these neighborhoods to match. My goal is to be your Heights Realtor when looking in Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights, Riverside Heights, and Ybor Heights.
