Where to start?

For many people buying or selling a home one of life's more stressful events. If you are a first time buyer it can seem overwhelming. Who is the right agent for you? What neighborhood? Home Inspections? 4-point inspections? Insurance? Choosing a lender. Move in ready? Some TLC? Needing renovation or repairs? My goal is to help you find the home that works for you without the stress.

So how do you choose a real estate agent when shopping for a home? A lot of people choose their agent by driving down the street and making random calls to agents with listings that caught their attention. Others go with the recommendation of the friend of a friend? Your best friend's cousin?

Buying a home is usually the biggest purchase any of us make, it is important to choose that agent that will guide you through the home buying process. If you are a buyer, I will listen to what features are important to you in your future home and match your desires to what is available on the market. As a real estate sales associate and a REALTOR®, my customers come first. What does that mean? Please see the testimonials page to see what that has meant to previous customers who relied on me to either buy or sell their home.

So how do you choose a real estate agent when selling your home?

Much like buyers, home sellers face a large number of agents who promise to sell your home. Some will wow you with slick presentations. Some will wow you with an appearance of success with a status car and designer clothes. Some will tell you about their “big name” corporate brand. The truth is none of those things will sell your house. It is how well they market your home to prospective buyers. These days you need someone who will market your home aggressively. Regular sales and short sales both require aggressive marketing.

Unfortunately it is often after the listing agreement that sellers think of the questions that too often become the source of so much frustration and stress.

  • How does my agent market my home on the internet?
  • Will I even hear from my agent after I list my home?
  • Does my REALTOR® answer the their phone?
  • Or return calls timely?
  • Does my agent respond to my emails?
  • Does my agent inform me through the whole process?
  • Is my REALTOR® respectful of my needs?
  • Does the agent really know the neighborhood?
  • Does my agent effectively communicate what makes my home and neighborhood special to buyers?

Florida Executive Realty has a strong, well respected reputation in providing service to the agency's customers and was a perfect fit with my own commitment to providing excellent service to my customers. At Florida Executive Realty and with Rick, the customer ALWAYS comes firstMy sellers and buyers will tell you that I kept them informed through out the whole transaction process. I take great pride in providing excellent service to my clients. After all, we are partners in this process.

When looking for a home in the Heights, as a nearly 20 resident I have an expertise about the neighborhoods in the Heights that is hard to for other REALTORS® and real estate sales associates serving these neighborhoods to match.  My goal is to be your Heights Realtor when looking in Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights, Riverside Heights, and Ybor Heights.  Any agent can sell you a home but I am also about helping learn about the community and helping you feel at home in these vibrant and creative neighborhoods.
