As a 20 year resident of Seminole Heights and past president of two of the neighborhood associations, I have a broad expertise about all the neighborhoods in "the Heights" that far exceeds that of many real estate agents working these neighborhoods. That knowledge and commitment to excellent service, integrity, and honesty is why (I believe) even in the difficult market of the past of the past few years I have risen to the top selling REALTOR in these neighborhoods. Any agent can sell you a property but I am also about helping you find the home that is right for you and to help you Discover the Heights, learn about the community and help you feel at home in these vibrant and creative neighborhoods. --Rick Fifer
