Randy is qualified to complete 4 point inspections (required for most older homes to be insured). He retains his electrical contractor license and has had a GC license in the past.  He is the inspector I have used for numerous inspections.

Richard and Charlene Murphy work as a team for their inspections. They can do 4 point inspections (required for most older homes).  The Murphy's contract with and electrician for the electrical component of the 4 point inspection.  Several of my customers have used them for their home inspections.

I have relied on Chet's to treat my own properties when I need to have them treated for termites in the past and have been satisfied.  Chet's also operates a vault where you can contract to have individual pieces of furniture treated, eliminating the fear that the prized antique you found might be infested.
